CountEasy Cash Counting Solutions
If you’re looking for simple, entry-level cash counting solutions, our range of CountEasy money counting scales easily fits the bill.
You have two choices of device – the CountEasy, with manual operation, or the CountEasy TS, which offers the latest intuitive touchscreen technology.
All our CountEasy devices come with an industry-leading warranty and also have the option of adding an integrated printer (CountEasy IP) so you have a manual printout of your count each time.

Secure Storage Units to Keep Your Cash Out of Sight
Storing large amounts of cash in your till drawers is always a security concern for any hospitality venue, both in terms of shrinkage and potential till snatches, helping to protect your employees. But Volumatic can help you with a simple solution – our CounterCache range of secure deposit devices. There are two options of the CounterCache unit:
- CounterCache Basic – Ideal for retailers looking for a low-cost, simple cash deposit box solution to protect their cash. The rugged metal box is locked into a mounting, and the whole unit can be removed by unlocking it from the mounting using a key to then be taken to the cash office to be emptied.
- CounterCache Classic – Once installed, the CounterCache Classic is permanently fixed in place at your POS. To remove your cash, the Classic features an internal cassette, which holds up to 450 notes and can only be released with the use of a key and a key plate, which seals the cash. A replacement empty cassette can then be inserted into the Classic unit, avoiding any downtime at the POS. The full cassette of notes can then be taken to your back office, where it can be opened and the money counted, minimising downtime in shift changes and cash lifts.
Both our CounterCache devices come with a warranty, and Volumatic’s CounterCache customers include Card Factory, Halfords and Welcome Break.

CounterCache intelligent (CCi) Solution
For those looking for a more sophisticated solution, our CounterCache intelligent (CCi) offers a true all-in-one solution, with the ability to validate, count and securely store your notes. Our CCi customers include Tesco, Morrisons and The Co-op Food Group.
This intelligent solution allows your team to insert a note at POS, then the CounterCache intelligent will provide counterfeit detection to validate the banknote, count all the notes inserted, and store them securely in our handy TruPouch, meaning notes are only touched once, minimising till snatches and internal shrinkage. The CCi really is the jewel in the crown of all of Volumatic cash counting solutions.
The CounterCache intelligent also works hand-in-hand with our latest CashView Enterprise cash management software to give you advanced reporting and let you monitor your cash from POS to your bank.
Both the CCi and its CashView Enterprise software are a real asset for store managers, CashView Enterprise is a cash management software platform that allows you to manage, monitor, configure and support all of your Volumatic CCi devices in-store, and across your entire estate, making your cash handling processes simple, efficient and accurate.
The latest version of CashView Enterprise gives users intelligent dashboards and live notifications, providing actionable data in a clear and concise format. Multiple useful reports can be created in real-time or scheduled to be autogenerated whenever you need them.
