However, inevitably from time to time, we understand problems can occur! In such situations our goal is to remedy the problem as quickly as possible, to minimise the impact on our customers’ businesses. For minor issues, you may be able to find the answers you need by logging on to our Customer Support website, which has user guides, video training and other useful documentation on all our cash handling devices.

Our Process
Stage 1: Customer Support Help Desk
If you are experiencing an issue, please call our Customer Support Help Desk on +44 (0) 2476 584 355, where we will deal with your query straight away.
Our Help Desk team are highly trained and very experienced at providing fast, remote assistance. As a result over 80% of issues are resolved immediately over the phone. You can also email us at helpdesk@volumatic.com
Stage 2: Box Swap Service
If a problem cannot quickly be resolved by our Help Desk, our industry-leading next-day Box Swap service is implemented. A replacement machine is preconfigured as appropriate and couriered to your store to arrive the day after your call, to be exchanged for the faulty unit.
It’s as simple as that! You don’t even have to arrange to return the faulty item – the courier takes it away at the same time as your replacement has been delivered.
Stage 3: Engineer Site Visit
In the very rare occasions/instances where we cannot resolve the issue by phone or Box Swap and a problem remains unresolved, we will arrange for a site engineer to visit you and fix the issue.
We provide nationwide coverage with our engineering partners to provide a fast, efficient service to get your devices up and running again and keep your cash handling running smoothly.
