Cash handling experts Volumatic are heading to the capital this week to attend the ATMIA EEM Summit 2025, taking place at the Park Plaza Hotel in London, to discuss the biggest questions about the future of cash, financial inclusion and ATM innovation.
ATMIA is the ATM Industry Association, and is the leading non-profit association representing the entire global ATM industry. Their Europe & Emerging Markets (EEM) summit, taking place from 14-15 October 2025, is a key date in the diary for the cash industry and will give Volumatic the opportunity to connect with industry leaders, innovators, and experts who are shaping the future of financial inclusion.
The conference this year is focused on ‘enabling choice and shaping the future of financial inclusion,’ a topic close to Volumatic’s heart, following the publication of their white paper, ‘Consumers Demand Payment Choice,’ during the aftermath of the pandemic. This topic has also been raised more recently by independent financial consultants, Enryo Consulting, in their white paper ‘Cash as a Payments Infrastructure,’ published in partnership with OneBanx.
Both these white papers highlighted the importance of cash in the UK’s payments infrastructure, and this is sure to be one of the discussion points at the ATMIA Summit.
