Investors in People – Silver Accreditation
Volumatic was proud to be awarded an Investors In People (IIP) Silver accreditation for the second time in December 2023. IIP measures the performance of businesses and organisations around the world against a specific framework to provide accreditations that let our customers and partners know we’re doing things right.
The IIP silver accreditation recognises that Volumatic has a highly empowered workforce, a supportive management team and an embedded commitment to developing individuals. Only 20% of organisations assessed achieve the silver level, which is a fantastic achievement for a company the size of Volumatic.
BSI Compliance
Here at Volumatic, we strive to provide a safe and compliant environment for all our employees.
Standards set by the BSI (British Standards Institution) are an agreed way of doing things. They give organisations like us a set of tools with the potential to help them perform better and compete strongly and help us to become more efficient and reduce the risk of things going wrong.
