In August 2021, Volumatic were proud to be awarded an Investors In People (IIP) silver accreditation.
Investors in People measure the performance of businessese and organisations around the world against a specific frameworks to provide accreditations that let our customers and partenrs know we're doing things right.
Investors in People has developed and refined the accreditation process for almost 3 decades to help leaders, employees, and companies work together to create an effective environment. The IIP accreditations are recognised in 66 countries around the globe.
The IIP silver accreditation recognises that Volumatic has a highly empowered workforce, a supportive management team and an embedded commitment to developing individuals. Silver is a fantastic achievement for a small company like Volumatic and only 20% of the organisations assessed achieve this level.
