When you first purchase any of our devices, solutions or software, you’ll receive details of your Warranty cover, as well as having access to call our dedicated Customer Service team. Our Customer Service team know our products inside-out and are there to help to give you the right level of support as and when you need it.
For further peace of mind, you can also opt to get an extended support upgrade on some of our products for weekend cover. Contact us to find out more about this.

Volumatic’s Standard Warranty

If we cannot satisfactorily resolve your problem quickly from our remote help desk, then we will provide a “Box Swap” to replace whichever device you have.
Box Swap is our delivered replacement service.
We will deliver a replacement machine to you as soon as possible via ground shipment to replace your faulty unit.
We will also provide you with a prepaid peel-and-stick label so you can return your faulty device to us with no fuss and free of charge, assuming the return is made in a timely manner.
