With the Volumatic CounterCache intelligent (CCi) cash handling solution, you touch it just once. Cash accepted by your till operator and inserted into the CCi is never touched again until it reaches your bank.
The CCi acts as a forgery detector, money counter, and secure storage device all in one unit, and securely stores your cash inside the CCi in our clever, recyclable Volumatic Trupouch so that your bills can’t be touched or mislaid. And like every other Volumatic cash counting machine, it’s reliable, accurate and cost-effective.
The CCi is available in Standard, meaning it has a pouch capacity of up to 450 notes; or High Capacity (HC), with a pouch capacity of up to 900 notes, meaning however cash-rich your business is, the CounterCache intelligent can accommodate your needs. Your cash handling processes are streamlined, providing substantial operational and accounting efficiencies whilst reducing shrink.

CCi Accessories
TruPouch
Bills inserted into your CCi are securely stored within our patented TruPouch.
With a capacity of 450 notes as standard and 900 notes for high capacity, our pouches are fully traceable via their unique barcode, which can be scanned by you and your armored carrier provider to check your cash takings, and they ensure your bills are not touched again until your cash takings reach your bank.
Our TruPouches are also fully recyclable.
Operator Accountability
Operator Accountability is an option that prevents the CCi from accepting any bills unless a valid iButton is connected to it.
The CCi records the iButton ID against each cash event. If the iButton is present then bills will be accepted in the normal way and, when used with our CashView Enterprise software, this will log the name of the staff member or shift allocated to the iButton with that bill.
It essentially allows you to gather data and analyse the cash taken by each Operator over multiple shifts and/or multiple CCi’s.
CCi Cassette
The CounterCache intelligent (CCi) is also available with a cassette for those who need to recycle banknotes within their store, for example, to self-fill ATMs.
The CCi cassette is completely interchangeable with our usual pouch carrier and can be supplied with or without a key lock for added security.
It can accommodate up to 400 banknotes.
Enhanced Security for your CCi
CCi High-Security Enclosure
The CCi High-Security Enclosure is the latest addition to our enhanced security range, providing additional protection for your CCi device. Designed to be bolted to the floor, its robust design and additional security features can withstand sustained attacks, making it ideal for high-risk environments.
Specifically designed to fit our CounterCache intelligent (CCi) unit, this enclosure is available in two sizes (63cm and 70cm). The larger enclosure also offers you the option of a storage compartment if required, perfect for storing your pouches and till rolls.
Made from 2mm steel and stainless steel, our CCi High-Security Enclosure is heavier, more robust and more resistant to attack. A tooth-hinged door reduces the access points in the unit to make the floor mount tougher to penetrate. It also boasts a series 65 camlock, which is resistant to drilling, cutting, picking and impact strikes, protecting it from would-be thieves.
Our CCi High-Security Enclosures are engineered to be rugged, solid steel units that provide a secure place to store your CCi unit and your cash in the safest possible way.
