Our Process
Stage 1: Customer Support Help Desk
If you are experiencing an issue, please call our Customer Support Help Desk (Toll-free) on 877-662-5872, where we will deal with your query straight away.
Our Help Desk team are highly trained and very experienced at providing fast, remote assistance. As a result over 80% of issues are resolved immediately over the phone.

Stage 2: Box Swap Service
If a problem cannot quickly be resolved by our Help Desk, our Box Swap service is implemented.
A replacement machine will be delivered to your store as soon as possible via ground shipment, as a replacement for your faulty unit – providing your device is still under warranty.
It’s as simple as that! A prepaid peel and stick label is also provided for you to return your faulty device to us easily, and free of charge, assuming the return is made in a timely manner.
